These Terms govern your use of the Ikaze.rw e-learning marketplace where instructors create and sell courses while students purchase and access educational content.

• By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any future modifications made by Ikaze Inc🎈.
• Users must create an account using email or social media credentials and are fully responsible for maintaining their login security.
• Instructors may publish courses after approval and retain ownership of their content, but they must adhere to quality standards and prohibited content guidelines.
• Course prices are set by instructors, with payments processed through the platform and payouts distributed according to the company’s revenue model.
• The platform offers a strict 2-day refund policy, though digital items like courses are generally non-refundable and remain accessible for 90 to 120 days.
• User data, including comments, IP addresses, and cookies, is collected and handled in accordance with the platform’s privacy practices.
• Ikaze Inc🎈acts as an intermediary and disclaims all warranties regarding course quality, accuracy, and uninterrupted service while limiting its liability for any indirect or consequential damages.
• The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, non-payment, or conduct that interferes with other users.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, and any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or arbitration, with all inquiries directed to info@ikaze.rw.
